Celestial Riding Academy’s intro to horses class is where you learn the essentials of horse care and basic riding skills.
Topics covered include grooming techniques, safe horse leading practices, and fundamental riding concepts.
Join us in a relaxed and secure environment to embark on your journey into the world of horses.
Topics Covered:
How to groom and all of the grooming tools
How to tack up a horse and different parts of the tack
How to safely handle a horse
Basic riding skills including stopping, steering, balance, etc.
Care of horse after riding
Pricing
$90.00 per person- 1 hour lesson
*2+ People- If only one person signs up- this class will be priced as a private lesson at $90 for the hour. Please note that it is $75 per person if group.
There will be a surcharge of about 3% on all on-line purchases
Weight limit of 160 pounds.
