Our Horses
Celestial’s Dream Spirit aka “Buck”
Buck is an 13-year-old flea-bitten grey Quarter Horse gelding. He loves trail rides and going out of the arena, but he does enjoy arena work too. He really loves cross-country jumping and isn’t for the fainthearted riders as he gets very excited when he knows it’s time for cross-country. Before he was purchased in early 2020, he was primarily a western horse. Sarah and Mark own Buck and he is Sarah’s main horse for riding and trails.
Celestial’s Wings of Destiny aka “Reno”
Reno is around 20-year-old sorrel Quarter Horse. He is as sweet as they come though can be a little shy at first. He loves working and all aspects of eventing. He has jumped up to 3’3” before and has very nice, comfortable gaits. Reno is great for taking intermediate to advanced students to shows and getting them show experience. Reno is Mark Hendrikse’s main horse for riding and trails.
“Rooster”
Rooster is a small 10.2hh pony in his mid teens. He is a lot of fun, loves attention, and is very smart! He loves to jump and will jump anything he is pointed at. Small kids can ride him and he has experience going to shows, going on field trips, and more.
Celestial’s Magnolia Dreams aka “River”
River came to our program at the beginning of March 2021. She is a 12-year-old flea bitten grey Quarter Horse owned by Sarah Banks & Mark Hendrikse. River has competed now in many 3-phase events and has recently started schooling Tadpole level. River especially loves cross-country! She is in the lesson program for beginners-advanced. All of her gaits are very smooth and she is the sweetest mare.
Celestial’s Fifty Fifty Van Den Hoendrikshoeve “Franklin”
Franklin is an 19 year old 16.3hh Belgian Warmblood. He has a lot of tricks up his sleeve and is a pleasure to ride. He used to jump pretty high in his younger days. Frankie gets along with everyone and is a sweet gentle giant.
“Domino”
Domino, an 11 year old Paint, started in our program in May 2024. He has become a fast favorite and is learning to jump 18”-2’, basic dressage, and more. He used to be primarily a western horse and is also great on trails! Domino loooves to lick!
Celestial’s Cartier “Shrimp”
Shrimp is a 24 year old Zangersheide who is an ex-Grand Prix jumper and did some time as a Hunter too. He is a barn favorite and everyone loves him!
Celestial’s Lunar Eclipse “Luna”
Luna is a Foreign Warmblood in her early 20’s. She is currently getting back in shape and will be used for beginner-intermediate lessons through Intro dressage. Luna is very sweet with people and easy to ride. She loves getting attention and treats.
Celestial’s Moon Dust aka “Mocha”
Mocha is a 5 year old Appendix mare. She is going to be in training for awhile. She is very smart and really sweet!
“Misty”
Misty, an 11-year-old Paint, started in our program in November 2024. She is a sweet pony who seems like she will be a great jumper. She has smooth gaits and is a joy to ride. Misty is being borrowed for our program and is owned by Laura.
